Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Refund & Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, hair removal devices and skincare with broken seals must be unopened to qualify for return.
• Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked "non-returnable" cannot be returned.

How to Return

1. Email returns@beststores.co with your order number.
2. Pack the item securely and include the return form.
3. Ship using the prepaid USPS label we provide.

Refunds

Once received and inspected (3–5 business days), approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@beststores.co with photos. We'll provide a replacement or full refund at no cost.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 2 hours of placement.
